Everything was perfect! From checkout with amazing Mirko to amazing Pablo in the restaurant with much much more we got as a food options for breakfast and dinner. Spa center with a time slot that you can use it with kids from 10-12 is a great thing and our kids loved it. Near beach is great and restaurant choices is also exceptional. Overall great vacation

Staff was great, room was cleaned every time we requested, and pretty much every second day. Food was really good at the hotel restaurant. Great value for money. We stayed with 2 small children, so we really appreciated the ground floor access (there are lifts as well). Beach is 5 minutes from the hotel, overall very good experience with everything.

The Hotel is perfect. It is well equipped, very clean, has many fun staff for kids - mini Aquapark, kids club, evening kids entertainment programs. The food is delicious in the buffet, so it is good to have half-board or all-inclusive. The hotel is located very close to the beach, so we enjoyed the sea everyday. Thanks a lot to the Hotel’s management.

Very clean and convenient. There is a bus stop near the hotel, no problem to get to Palma. Two supermarkets are within the walking distance. The beach is also very close. Check in without personal contact.

Hotel is very clean and friendly staffs, lots things to do for a day. The kids clubs was excellent and night entertainment was brilliant. Loved the swimming pools with sun bath. 2 heated pool for kids which is super need for April. Kids enjoy so much at this hotel. Half board is lots good choice food to eat. Highly recommend this hotel to all family come over palmanova. The location is easy to reach. And very safe arounding. 3 min walk to sanddy beach. Love it!
