Everything was amazing - from the staff to outside area with pools and mostly - the food was extra! Better than in some 5* hotels. The clean service was also very good. The location is great for further exploration of the island with beautiful beaches in the surrounding area.

Very good location, town center and bus stops are very close. Apartement was beautiful, enough space , big balcony, kitchen. Possibility to play padel, swim. Tenniscourts were close. Good breakfast

Everything is very well organized. Great food quality and variety even for a picky people. Excellent entertainment program for both children and adults. The location with beach and walking routs proximity is exceptional .

I liked that guests were separated between apartment blocks, it was quiet and almost didn't hear others - seems that families were closer to each other (in the C block) - not sure if intentionally or not, but seems to be a good idea as kids tend to be louder. Kids used and loved swimming pool - there are zones for different heights and the smallest zone 60 cm are divided by physical pillars, therefore the kids couldn't accidentally step into deeper area. It was also maintained very often. There was also possibility to use Hotel's pool. Apartment was quite basic, but fine. For a 4 person family there was enough of room. It was possible to find everything you need, e.g., kitchen tools. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanness was top level, the floor - clean, dishes shining, fridge - clean, bathroom - shiny. It seems that the cleaning lady is very thorough. There is also a Ping-Pong and Pool in the reception that we used. We also enjoyed the balcony, the view to the forest and grasshoppers sound was relaxing. A/C worked very well and is quiet.

There are three swimmingpools (shared with Sinfony apatrments) - we didn ´t use them offen, because we prefer swimming in sea, but it was nice to swim in pool evening too. One of them is with salty water. Polls are in the amazing gardens. Thera is nice countrryside, clean sea, Canyamel is calm locality. Apartment was very clean.

Modern, nicely furnished apartment only a block from the beach. Elvi is a real treasure, full of information and so kind. Comfortable beds, nice balcony with view of gardens and hills where we ate our meals. Lovely pool but mostly went to the beach which is beautiful and very close.
