Very nice surprise. These apartments are new and the flat that we got was new, modern and clean. Lovely furniture and spacious. Location, perfect. Plenty of supermarkets and just around the corner you have all you need to have fun, to party. You have the beach at 10 minutes and the train station. You have museums, the castle and whatever else you need (in the city). The cafeteria offers good coffee and the staff is lovely, kind and always have a nice smile.

My daughter and I had a great few days in Alicante and found the apartment to be a perfect place to stay. We were in the queen deluxe apartment. Located in the old town it was convenient to walk around the city. We enjoyed the terrace sun beds, table and chairs and found the facilities in the apartment to be well thought out with everything we needed. The bottle of fizz, snacks, tea and coffee etc were a very welcome and thoughtful touch. It was also great to have access to filtered water- no more carrying heavy bottles back from the supermarket! Akram was so helpful; meeting us on arrival and taking care of our bags after check out. All the staff we met were lovely! The lift straight to the apartments is a clever design and the roof terrace was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Alicante.

Location was great and easy to park in the nearby parking garage. Staff went above and beyond to help us. Without asking for the help, they walked us across the street at 2 am to help us access our room and show us how to use the entry box and elevator. They Made sure we got into our room with no issues. Fantastic!!! You can’t change the location and you can only provide so much amenities, but effort and attitude are the service side this property does very very well!
