The quality of the room was excellent, super clean. Management and support staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. On site secured parking and 24/7 automated check in, if needed. Excellent value for money. Excellent WiFi connection. Conveniently located. Very close to Mainz, which is a lovely city, and less that 30 minutes to Frankfurt. I've stayed several times and will return again.

The wonderful reception and restaurant staff (breakfast) were exceptional, very helpful and I had a very easy check in and check out. The breakfast was excellent and the staff member was exceptionally professional and attentive to customer satisfaction. The apartment I had was easily accessable from parking lot, very comfortable, very quiet and had all the comforts of home. I had requested apartment that was easy in/out due to having my pet (dog), with me. The golf course is amazing and this was a good opportunity to visit and stay at the aparthotel on golf course, and would definitely be returning soonest, and hopefully able to play a round or two of golf. The free, secure parking was amazing and the aparthotel was very close to Mainz, and several walking trails. The email communication with amazing. Great place with wonderful and very courteous staff.
