Everything at Elephant Plains was amazing. The room was very cozy and very clean, the food was great and the game drives were outstanding. Our guide Nick went above and beyond to get us close to the animals. I 100% recommend this place to everyone!

There is a private bathroom with shower in all units, along with a hairdryer and free toiletries. A continental or buffet breakfast is available each morning at the property. Although it's a tent, it has all the hotel facilities inside, and the service is also very high standard. The three meals are also very good. I even ran into an antelope on the less than 100 meter road to dinner one day. Of course, if it's just these hardware, this Lodge won't leave a very prominent impression. Safari's tour guide will do everything possible to help you find animals. They share information about animal presence and will not rush back due to a 3-hour time limit. Before coming to Kruger, we had seen some animals in Chobe and on our first day here, we collected big five, which we were quite satisfied with. But the next morning Safari collected big five at once, and the luckiest thing was to see a group of five lions, who were located on the border of their private territory. I sincerely recommend the highly cost-effective Umkumbe bush lodge, and I believe I will always remember the beautiful memories here.

Offering an outdoor pool, Nkorho Bush Lodge is set in Sabi Sand Game Reserve overlooking the African plain. The lodge has stylishly thatched chalets and a traditional Boma. This lodge has the nicest vibe of all the lodges I've stayed in in the Sabi Sands / Timbivati / Kruger. The staff are so friendly and make a really special attempt to keep everyone engaged. We really appreciated that. It was also very good value for money with good rooms, airconditioning, and good homely food.

Simbambili Lodge is located in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. This romantic hideaway offers a Moroccan-style experience, privately tucked away in the sweeping savanna grassland. This lodge is absolutely stunning! Every amenity, the food, the staff, the environment…all simply perfect. I could not have asked for more. You cannot go wrong with Simbambili. And the massage was definitely one of the best I have ever had.

Located in Skukuza, Umkumbe Safari Lodge Riverside provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with an outdoor swimming pool. Magical days at Umkumbe. The lodge is at the best private reserve of the Kruger: Sabi Sands. We witnessed the most magical game drive: wild dogs hunting, leopards, lions, rhinos! Our guide, Micaela, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The whole staff is super professional, and the facilities are great. Refreshing pool for a post game dip. Comfortable rooms, and good food. A dream come true!

Take in the African plains at Lion Sands Private Game Reserve at the heat of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. Absolutely magnificent. One of the best places we have ever stayed at.

Boasting a year-round outdoor pool, Langa Langa Tented Safari Camp in Huntingdon offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Fantastic staff. The main caretaker, Kaley, is great when it comes to customer service. She made sure our stay was comfortable and even went out of the way to pack picnic sandwiches for us when we wanted to venture out on our own. The safari guide, Floid, is very knowledgeable, and if you stay for 2-3 days, he'll make sure you see every type of animal you had on your wish list. These guys include 1 complimentary safari per night of your stay (so if you stay for 3 nights, 3 safaris are inclusive), and I feel it's the best package because a couple of self drives in Kruger are a must do in my opinion, just for the thrill of it. The tents are quite comfortable and have all the amenities you'd expect in a luxurious hotel room. The AC works well (believe me, you NEED it if you visit in the summers like we did), the pool is clean, the bathrooms are great. The food was superlative - we had exotic 3 course complimentary dinners every single evening. I suggest booking a minimum of 3 days to really get the most out of Kruger.

Featuring river views, Lion Sands Ivory Lodge in Sabi Sand Game Reserve features accommodation, a fitness centre, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace and a restaurant. The location is where it should be- in the bush..its hard to say what we didn't like as that would suggest there's something we didn't like. Everything and everyone we met and bumped into was fantastic

Rhino Post Safari Lodge offers luxury accommodation located in the southern end of a 12000 hectare private wilderness concession in Kruger National Park. The lodge was beautiful and the staff wonderful. Our guide James was amazing we saw everything big and small. The dinners were incredible and they do cater to dietary restrictions which was really nice to see. Breakfast was good, but average, the dinners are above and beyond. We received some muffins prior to the morning the safari and then some light snacks on the tour. There is no lunch but rather some light snacks provided which we found sufficient to tide over until dinner after the night safari as you do also get some more light snacks on the tour. This place is worth your money. Only thing i would consider is that there is no AC in the rooms, there is one fan above the bed and i would imagine in summer it would get really hot.
