But the real excellence was when my son fell and split open his leg (his own fault, not the property's) and the hosts immediately arranged for medical help to come to the house. He needed several stitches and the hosts took care of us like family in this medical emergency in a foreign country. Very grateful for their attention and care, which was far beyond expectation. It would have been a nightmare to get my son the care he needed without their help.
