The room was very nice with enough sleeping space for 3 adults and 2 kids. We didn't use much, but all the necessary cooking facilities were provided as long as free bottles of water, tea and coffee. The hotel is indeed located in the warehouse, but its territory is secured, so I felt safe there.

Nada , nos DEJARON TIRADOS en la CALLE , llegamos a las 00,30 hs por DEMORA de nuestro VUELO y ya HABÍAN CERRADO , no nos ESPERARON !! Se MERECEN un JUICIO , de MÍNIMA . NO contraten en este “HOTEL” .

Excellent service, staff is really friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, near to the airport with good shuttle service. I will stay here again in my next visit.

Súper cómodo, el restaurante está abierto todo el día, la pileta súper linda con reposeras toallas y baños cerca. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto y de la avenida que ingresa a la zona hotelera. Nosotros teníamos rentado un coche por lo que nos desplazábamos muy cómodamente .

We loved the quiet suburban residential neighbourhood this hotel was located in and was just 9 minutes north of the Cancun International Airport. It is actually located in the small town of Alfredo V. Bonfil... in south Cancun. The on-site restaurant was great as well as the waiters and front desk staff. They were the most friendly people and helped make sure we were taken care of and we had them help to get our luggage up to our 2nd-floor room. With 18 rooms carved into a former mansion, we loved the Boutique feel of this hotel. NOTE .... If you are driving.... on the way to this hotel on the street it is located on... there are several CONCRETE SPEED BUMPS that will take out the lower end of your car if you don't crawl over them! Although we felt safe, there was a 20-foot? concrete wall around the entire perimeter of the property.. with electric wires on top of the wall. The front entrance had an extra-wide steel gate door that was locked 24/7. The on-site parking area also had a steel gate and was locked after hours. We have never experienced that before in a hotel, but appreciated the safety measures taken. The vegetation and landscaping, pool, and lounge chairs were all very well maintained.
