Set in Pakse and within 300 metres of Wat Luang, Chato Hostel has a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. Chato is by far a more relaxed place. Quiet but in the middle of restaurants and cafes. Situated in front of the night market, ATMs , Korean food, even a Thai coffee shop . Chato is your best option . Skip the trendy , pricy places, as they are not always the best. Sleep well at Chato .

Boasting inner courtyard views, Bolaven trail guesthouse offers accommodation with terrace, around 700 metres from Wat Luang. The owner was very kind, the dormitory small (just 2 beds) and very cozy, food, chill zone, all was great!

Athena Hotel provides comfortable rooms and an outdoor pool, a 10-minute walk from the centre of Pakse. It also has free Wi-Fi, which is available throughout the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff very friendly. I really enjoyed being able to come back each day and have a swim. I ate in the hotel most nights the meals on offer were fine as was the breakfast. It was easy enough to organise airport pick up and tours through the hotel.
