Idéalement situé sur l'une des routes principales menant à Vitoria-Gasteiz, cet hôtel moderne se distingue par son design élégant et minimaliste et son restaurant chic. We were travelling from Italy to Portugal and needed somewhere to catch some sleep along the way. We arrived late at night due to delays on the road but the hotel were prepared and we checked in late at 0300hrs. We had our dogs with us and we were all made welcome. Very comfortable bed and breakfast was perfect.

We live in the Baix Ebre area of Catalunya, and always stop off in Vitoria when heading back to the port of Santander.. We chose the apartment , based on location, size and previous reviews. A very warm welcome from staff on reception. We would thoroughly recommend these apartments , they’re are spacious, comfortable, bathrooms are well appointed with excellent shower pressure and plenty of hot water. TV and free WiFi . Idéalement situé sur la route menant à Bilbao et à l'aéroport, à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de Vitoria, le complexe Gran Hotel Lakua propose des chambres avec une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite... Spacious room, super comfortable bed. Very quiet so you can get a good sleep.

Located in the residential neighborhood of Lakua and with easy access to the city center, since the tram stop is in front of the hotel and at the exit of the city due to its proximity to the highway. This stay was part of a last minute trip through the nearby airport, where prices were better than from other airports. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the bus station and a nice 2 hour Sunday morning walk to the airport. In February 2024, I could stay for EUR 55, whereas the comfort provided is a class higher than what I usually book. The wifi was good, as were the other facilities. I especially liked being able to adjust the shower to my height (I am tall).

Really comfortable rooms with soft lighting. Nice and peaceful. Great bathroom and shower. Easy to get to the city centre on number 5 bus, which stops a few metres from the entrance. There are a few bars nearby and green space for running.

The balcony was great, the host was very kind, the kitchen was well equipped, the parking in the garage and the location were perfect.
