Boasting a garden, restaurant and views of river, Cabañas Daneysha is situated in Tortuguero, a few steps from Tortuguero Beach. We really enjoyed staying away from the tourist hub of Tortuguero in a much quieter place run by locals - but you are only a few minutes by boat from everything and Sergio was happy to take us when we wanted to go somewhere. The welcome was outstanding and Gloria and Sergio could not have been more willing to help us get the most out of our 2 night stay. Sergio's boat tour of the national park was a treasure as it was just the two of us and him in the boat, so we were able to glide quietly and saw so many animals birds and reptiles - including a very rare spotting of an ocelot and her cub! We were very glad we stayed here and highly recommend it. It was really good value for money for the service we received.

Offering a garden, swimming pool and spa, Aninga Lodge is located 3.2 km from Tortuguero National Park. More animals than I have ever seen and beautiful rooms. All of the activities were a blast especially the hike where we saw tons of birds and monkeys. The guides were super nice and everything -- food, transportation, excursions -- was really really well organized and convenient. The food was also great, and every meal was different. We WILL stay here again

Set in Tortuguero in the Limon region, Tortuguero Hill Rooms features a garden. The property has inner courtyard views. The staff was very nice, Dona Lidiette was very nice and attentive. The staff was very helpful as well. We loved it. There was a very nice young man called Jorge, very helpful. He provided excellent information. Amazing customer service.
