Situated on 14 acres of land, this motel in Quesnel, British Columbia offers a children’s playground. Free Wi-Fi and a continental breakfast are included. This is the old style “Motor Hotel” with exterior room entrances located in an industrial area, but don’t judge a book by its cover, this place is a gem. Staff was helpful and accommodating, room was beautifully updated, squeaky clean and fresh smelling (it was even a pet friendly room). Ample parking for a large Uhaul with trailer. It’s also an RV park, so there is a little playground and large lawn out back. Lobby/ Breakfast decor reminded me of an upscale B&B, the room had a nice fridge and bed felt like a cloud.

A well equipped gym is on site and guest rooms include free Wi-Fi and a refrigerator. the hotel staff were excellent. the rooms were clean, beds were comfy with lots of pillows, location was good. could walk to grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops. hotel was completely non-smoking which is excellent. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent - good food at great prices with very good service.
