Easily the best place to stay in Termez. The rooms are huge for the price you pay and it is in a quiet, residential suburb. Easy to grab a taxi outside to the city centre or airport but without all the noise and dust of the city centre. Just across the road is an excellent cafe and also a fish restaurant and a shop for supplies is just two minutes away. Very clean, friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast.

Sanjar, the owner was great and so helpful, organized us transfers both from Bukhara and to Samarkand, great communication at al times, it was pleasure to meet him in person.
