Very clean, perfectly aligned with the pictures place, fully equipped kitchen also with coffee, sugar and a large choice of spices, so you can cook at home if you wish, beyond comfortable bed. The neighborhood is safe and nice, but mind that you would probably need a car if you plan to visit the city and not only stay around the studios. The host, Julia, is just an amazing and kind person. She came over in the first evening after we checked in, shared some tips for our trip, even prepared a full day itinerary for us ♥️ moreover, she took us for a quick ride in the neighborhood showing some of the scenic viewpoints. Wonderful location, I am a very sensitive sleeper, this was the first place in LA where I never once woke up in the middle of the night. Feels secluded, when I booked I thought we would see the owners of the house often, but we only met 2 times over the weekend and had a very nice conversation, although I usually avoid people as much as possible. Incredible layout of the house, in the moment sometimes you forget you are still in LA. Incredibly clean, has everything you need to cook a meal, stove, pots, pans, oil, salt, and even a waffle iron, which is incredible. Very bright house, it is very comfortable at all times of the day. Beautiful bathroom, very clean, unbelievably clean, shiny.

A very spacious & comfortable house. Charming, classic and functional. It had all the amenities that we could ask for. Ample street parking available -either in front or close to the house. 15-20 mins drive to Whole Foods. Minor challenges with collecting the keys but the hosts were super helpful on that front. It was something that could happen in hotels where you'd need to go back and revalidate the magnetic keys.

We stayed 11 nights in the guest house. Bobylem gave us a warm welcome with a lovely message and a few drinks in the fridge. The guest house is super equipped with high quality appliances especially in the kitchen. Everything you need for everyday use was available - even in the bathroom. The cameras gave us a feeling of security. The lane to the guest house is quite narrow but was easy to manage even with an SUV. Uber drivers also found it easily. Lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. When the Dodgers were playing the area was sometimes a bit crowded but it was still easy to get around. If we didn't live so far away - we would like to come back more often. :-)
