Nice and clean room with a balcony and a beautiful view out of the window. I liked breakfasts there, after which I could snowboard from morning until 2-3 pm without thinking about lunch. I was given a bus card with which I could use buses for free, it was convenient to get to ski lifts. Many bars and restaurants are only 5-10 minutes away on foot.

Haus Vogler is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and mountaineering. In summer the Oberstdorfer and the Walsertaler Mountain Railways are included in the price.

In winter ski passes can be booked on site. Free on-site parking is provided by Haus Vogler.

The location is absolutely stunning - a small and cute mountain village very close to the Rubihorn and with various (sometimes challenging) hike paths right next to the accommodation. For example, the hike to the Unterer Geisalpsee via a Tobelweg starts pretty much from the apartment. The apartment itself was really quite spaceous with all the facilities one could ask for, including the views. The hosts are very friendly as well and the family actually lives in the same building. Very approachable when you need any sort of information and they can even serve you fresh bread in the morning for a fee. Really nice that they have 1 parking spot per apartment (so there is always room for your car). The apartment was fresh and clean upon arrival and the beds were amazing! I always struggle with beds on holidays (too hard, too soft, pillows are terrible, etc), but sincerely in Haus Vogler it was perfect!

Make use of Das Freiberg Romantikhotel’s excellent location in this famous ski and hiking region. The Oberstdorf golf course is 4 km away and the Nebelhorn Cable Car is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The use of all cable cars in Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal is included in the room rate for hotel guests in summer.
