The electronic key did not work for the first room that they gave me, so they switched my room.

The person in charge of the breakfast was very helpful. I was not able to stay for the breakfast since I was leaving to go on a swamp tour, but the person gave me a ziplock bag with cream cheese and another bag to take some bagels.

Breakfast was very basic, and only served on plastic dishes. Felt wasteful, and was not a good breakfast experience.

Great room, nice stay, friendly staff. Gym had everything I needed. Close to the conference center.

Bed a little uncomfortable. But bearable. I guess depending on how firm you like a bed. Bed was very firm Shower had very good water pressure. Maybe too good. I’m not used to it. It kind of hurt. The breakfast was served by incredible people but sub par considering so many good restaurants but it’s a free hotel breakfast. So that’s what you kind of expect.

It’s a 3 star property. It’s exactly what you will get. The rooms are great size. The staff was great. Having it located where is was was nice. I little far from the French Quarter but you can catch a trolly there or Uber not that bad plenty of food near by and close to the WW2 museum The staff was all great. I can’t say enough how well they treated us

The shower was not adjusting for the water jets, so the jets came out very strong. The breakfast room was always full, so there was no place to sit. One day we had breakfast at the hotel's reception, and on the last day, we went very early and could find a table to sit.

The room is big, spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is good, not too far from French Quarter. The options for breakfast were good.

The sofa bed needs a new mattress and more pillows.

The room was great for a family and love the balcony. The staff and breakfast was wonderful. Best stay ever!

The bed could be bigger. No parking space but we found a parking lot close to hotel for $20 a night. Hotel also provides valet parking but a bit expensive.

Everything was to our expectations. Nice kitchen with enough appliances to cook a nice dinner.

the bed was not comfortable at all. Me and my partner both had problems with sleeping on the bed. Location was not so safe at nights too.

The breakfast was really good, the room was nice and had an equipped kitchenette.

The staff doesn’t know how to issue invoices for company/university. They ask us to contact booking. The breakfast wasn’t very good. The cupcakes were full of preservatives. The only good thing was the yoghurt which went out of stock real fast.

I liked the location. We received a very unclean room in the beginning . After informing them a couple a times, they moved us to another room which was better. So that was good. Still, the new room had carpet stains and the stove was broken. This can be scary because we were afraid they would claim that we did it and keep back the deposit which they didn’t. So that was a relief.

I felt an air is a bit dusty in my room (1F). A quilt is a bit thin. It would be better if I can dry a shower room without turning on light.

Large and cozy room with a wide desk, sofa, table, nice kitchen, beds, TVs, convenient power sources, ceiling fans. Common area is also large, cozy, and safe, and filled with plenty of plants. All of staffs are gentle and helpful. Quite a nice place. <10 min on foot from the convention center. Most equipments are 24 hours available. You can also check out to get to MSY airport even in 4:00 am. Safe and reasonable laundry room (4$ for washing + 4$ for drying).

I was expecting a room but I got a nice one bedroom apartment with two big tvs, a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool and courtyard. It was walking distance from the airport bus and close to the convention center. However, it was a bit far from the French Quarter and the good jazz bars. I was also surprised at how good the breakfast was.

The water spraying from the shower head hurt the skin with the water pressure. Had to disassemble it. Also the bed was only queen size

Property doesn’t have parking lot connected to hotel. Have to pay for valet from hotel. For the price of rooms valet should be a curtesy

There was oats porridge available for the breakfast. Otherwise the breakfast was very plain. Maybe I should have expected that but didn't notice. The car parking was a pain. The valet service was available but I would value proper car parking option in a hotel.

Location was great next to convention center. The room was nice and especially if I had travelled with my family this would have been practical with full kitchen and everything in place. I like also the breakfast: there was oats porridge available every morning and it was really well made. Room worked well and the bed was comfortable.

There were some people playing music and loud talking until after 3am in rooms and in the courtyard. That was very aggravating. Maybe having a security guard making rounds on the weekends would be beneficial to assure that disturbances like that are minimized. We can appreciate having a good time in New Orleans however the surrounding patrons should not have to suffer and deal with that inconvenience during those late hours and missing sleep

The location was ideal for the city.
