Clean rooms and amenities. The staff was accommodating, efficient, professional and friendly. I was leaving a very vigorous 2 day race for me (Cruel Jewel 104 miler) and the staff let me in a little early. The cleaners were gracious and got my room ready. So appreciated being able to sleep in a quiet and safe location after my race. Thank you!

The location is great! It takes about 10-15 min to walk to the Strip. The hotel has free parking and there are many restaurants around. There are also 2 pools and nice cafeteria with a great coffee!

The pool and lazy river wasn't working very nasty..hit tub was nasty. Couldn't use and of it our whole stay .so we had nothing to swim in since the weather wasn't sunny to spend time at ocean..staff said pool would b ready tomorrow. Then nxt time I asked they said was tore up and they was working on it..the hallway had machines blowing loud sounds the while stay ..8 am ppl was working beating and banging on walls replacing walls because of mold

After working 21 days straight this was my first day off in 3 weeks. I was woken up by screaming children at 6:00 am and they proceeded to make noise until they left at at 8:00 am. Other guests knocked on their door complaining to them. I went to the desk upon leaving and told them of my displeasure and the attendant brushed it off.
