I don‘t recommend the Concierge service of the hotel for Transfers from and to the Airport. It is not well organized, at the end we were charged double the price that we were told at reservation.

Perfect location to visit the city as it is near to the main attractions. We were assigned big rooms and everything was clean.

The food at breakfast always cold.

The breakfast wasn't great. Most of the food served are usually cold. Overall Ramada staff were quite good both at the reception and in general. The concierge desk were always helpful. One of the bell boys called Gokhan was exceptional always willing to help. Maya at the concierge desk too was brilliant.

I just suggest that the breakfast time be longer, for example, until 11 o'clock, because I never went down for breakfast during my stay due to the limited time for breakfast in the morning. Also, another note, the coffee shop under the hotel disturbs us with its loud noise after midnight.

The hotel is comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is good for all tourist attractions

They don’t give the parking service, but Mr. Enes and Mr. Mehmet were helpful

If you want to spend time next to Old Istanbul is good choice, but if you have car I don’t recommend it because of the high price of the parking

Given it’s rated as a five star hotel, I think the breakfast can be better.

We forgot our umbrella at reception and it stole even they didn’t check camera for us i think it doesn’t deserve 5 star hotel, breakfast was poor not like five star hotels

Unfortunately we had issues with housekeeping not cleaning the room well on a few occasions, this was dealt with by management. We were happy that management listened and acted accordingly.. The Spa area was closed to due works taking place, this we feel we lost out on. The only other negative issue was that when we did take breakfast there wasn't enough choice as a 5* hotel usually has..

The hotel was nice, rooms were comfortable and bigger than other hotels in the area. Location was good. Staff were friendly and listened to concerns. It will definitely still be a choice of hotel to book in the future.

This is a great hotel in the heart of Istanbul. It's very clean and safe. We especially loved the breakfast and the staff were very good and accommodating. A big thank you to Mawaddah at the reception. She was so helpful and as a local she was able to give us fantastic advice on places to go to and her recommendations were always excellent. We will definitely be going back to the same hotel again. We definitely recommend this place.

Need more floor and carpet cleaning in the room, there were some trash and dust on the floor carpet otherwise quite clean. Why do they ask for a 100usd deposit from a booking.com client, it was not normal and pleasant.

The restaurant under the hotel stays late and night and sometimes it's very loudy so it may disturb your sleep.

The rooms with balcony are quite large and very confortable, also the workers were smiley, kind and easy to deal with . This hotel is very closed to public transportation.

Upon booking I was told it has swimming pool (the main reason of booking) but upon arrival it wasn’t working Due to maintenance. I believe I should have been informed about that. This doesn’t come under promise of the services offered. I feel like I was betrayed as a costumer.

Location was perfect as we needed to go around. It was clean and also staff were very helpful.

My whole family had to change our rooms as they were not the ones we had booked. The ACs also barely worked making it very humid. I had to open the balcony door which of course let noise in.
