Everything about this hotel is fantastic! The staff are excellent and will help in any way they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool is amazing for the size of the hotel.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The premises was simple but immaculate, the breakfast had variety and was very tasty, the pool was a great way to relax - but ultimately what made it were the staff. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay wonderful from start to finish. They couldn’t do enough for us, from assisting us when one of my family was feeling unwell, to bringing wine to our room! They played games with us during meal times, assisted us with great ideas of where to explore in the area- they were just so kind and it was totally genuine. The Turkish people truly are the most hospitable and Mozaik holds it’s finest. We had a lot of fun exchanging languages of English, Russian and they even taught us some Turkish! A special shout out to Muhammet, Coşkun and Doğukan! All three of them made our stay wonderful and were so kind to us. Thank you!

The rooms all had the mountain and the pool view. The pool was cleaned every night and disinfected. The flat was very spacious and very clean. Food was fresh and delicious. More importantly the staff who were very friendly, professional.

Need to be better food choices as menu is limited. Breakfast also has extremely limited variety as we all ended up eating just fried eggs all 4 days. Most importantly internet is very poor and doesn’t work in the property. Specially if you are on ground floor neither wify not your phone signal will work.

We had an early check out (before the breakfast served), one day before it we agreed with the kitchen they would prepare sandwiches to take away as we miss breakfast. At the agreed time, 7:15, no sandwiches / no one heard of this agreement. If there is no “take away” option, it would have been better to say it in advance…

Nice silent location even though a bit far away from the beach. Clean rooms, clean and rather big pool. Breakfasts are fine.
