The rooms were very humid, so air drying our laundry was out of the question.

We enjoyed the laundry in our room and comfortable beds. It was nice to come back to an almost full apartment at the end of the day.

Only one thing is not good - the pillows are too high and not soft enough, makes my pain the next morning.

Very clean. Everything neat and tidy. Love the washer and dryer. USB charging plugs available next to the beds, very convenient. Separate bathroom and toilet, very good. Drinking cups are adequate.

It’s in the business district, with limited restaurant options nearby… but not a big deal if you are ok walking 10-15 min to the main street

Staffs wearing no name tag. Dryer is poor performance, taking too long and left wrinkles.

Initially, the staff at the reception desk wanted to give me another room in a different building. After 2 hrs of challenge, I was given a room in this building, which is what I paid for per the pictures on Booking.com. It is also extremely tough to reach a booking agent for support.

I think the hotel room can be improved if there are more hooks provided. We had some difficulty trying to hang dry our bath towels after shower.

Location! It’s just less than 5mins away from Asahi-bashi station. Super convenient. There is a Lawson downstairs across the road. Quiet part of the city yet walking distance from Kokusai dori. Hotel room has all the necessary facilities. Has a laundry machine and detergent was provided. There is also a kettle and microwave in the room. Hair dryer is also provided.

The location was excellent, right next to Asahibashi monorail. Room was large and comfortable with lots of amenities. Very friendly staff.

A little problem finding the place. Booking gave me an address for their annex. It was an unmanned outpost, but through a video connection they informed me to walk 3 blocks to the hotel where we had a reservation.

Very small lobby with a few small tables and chairs not really inviting. Lack of facilities for residents to enjoy a take out meal.

Excellent location near bus terminal and monorail station yet not noisy or busy. Room has balcony doors letting in lots of natural light. In room washer and dryer really comes in handy.

There have no clothes drying facilities in my selected room. So the washing machine is useless. The bath room is small.

Strange smell in the entrance area of the room. If not to keep the door between bedroom and corridor this smell will disturb your rest.

Very helpful to bring the luggage to room when early arrive before check-in. Room is big enough with microwave and washing machine. Several convenience store nearby. Walk around 5 min to the station.
