We stayed in this room for one night, arriving late in Tokyo and leaving early to Nikko the next morning. This hotel was one of the best deal for our purpose, aka checking in late when arriving to Tokyo and checking out in the early morning to catch the first train from Asakusa station to Nikko. Staff was really kind and welcoming, the room was simple and regular size for Tokyo standards (i.e. small) but had everything we needed (private shower, clean room, comfy bed). Overall, it was good value for money.

The room could benefit from more solutions for clothing storage/hanging. We knew the room would be small, and we therefore would recommend this room for short stays to couples or solo travellers.

Positive section of review
Location close to the airport and the sister hotel 40m away provided a free shuttle bus. Staff were immaculate, very polite and friendly. Fairly quiet location but with some nice looking Japanese restaurants nearby. Within 1 minute walk of the bus stops and 5 mins from KK line station, handy for going into Tokyo. Hotel looked after our luggage as we arrived early.

Room was quite warm despite turning down the aircon. Small area for breakfast but no other facilities for evening dinning/alcoholic drinks. But free coffee and some cold drinks.

The food was amazing. A traditional Japanese breakfast with vegetarian option. All the service staff was extremely nice and did the best for our service. The room (a traditional Japanese one) was really big, beautiful and the view was the best.

The location was on a hill far away the center, so the hotel provided a free bus to go down. However, departure time was too late for starting day tours (10 a.m) in the opinion of a couple of guests.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy. The hosts were so kind and nice. The dinner and breakfast were perfect, moreovere it was a briliant expereance to try local cuisine. Also they provide free bikes, so we enjoyed explore the Ohara.
