    “Location was ideal - right next to a train station, Lawson, and right in Dotonbori so great for exploring. The room was great, loved the free icecream and drinks everyday. Great staff, so helpful and friendly. Washing machine and dryer were very cheap to use.”

    “The bed was so comfy- I slept so well in the massive bed! They provided a change of towels every day at your door, even if you don't get your room cleaned. The staff provided a high level of service and could speak English. The station is close by and there are two convenient stores right next to the hotel.”

    “One of the best stay in Osaka, location is right above the hommachi station, one stop from shisaibashi station. Hotel room is very clean, provided all the amenities that I need, quite a number of hangers, few hook to hang clothes/ towel, power socket at both side of the bed, light control right next to bed, love the big TV screen with screen mirroring function, can watch movie from phone. There’s family mart at level 2 accessible via guest lift. Overall experience is very wonderful.”

    “Checkout time at 11 am for Japan is fair enough (some at 10 am). Checkin at 4 pm is quite late but they can accept to keep your bag if you reach earlier. Even location is not so closed to Namba Station, but the way is clean and safe to walk, even in night time. Staffs are friendly. They provide microwave, oven, kitchen, washing machines in the common area which are useful. Everything are clean and function. Bathroom is big. So nice that they provided coffee and tea with boiler in room. Small refrigerator in room is good. Construction near by, but they work only in day time So no problem. Bed is comfort. They provide soap, shampoo and conditioner…..they are good as well.”
