Very clean and very modern. Also since I left very early when breakfast wasn’t served, Igot offered a sandwich and coffee. Very clean balcony as well and windows!! Thumbs up.

Great location in the middle of the city, with easy walking distance to all Thessaloniki attractions. The room is comfortable, the breakfast in the hotel coffee shop fantastic. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helps with anything one need. I would definately stay in the hotel again.

Unfortunately sometimes the hotel is fully booked. But I guess that's a good sign and kind of an appreciation for good work. So keep it up!

One of the best hotels in Thessaloniki. It's centrally located in a rather quiet side street. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Many bars/restaurants and sightseeing features are not far away and you walk only 10min to reach the beautiful promenade. There is a 24h reception as well. If you need any help just feel free to get in contact with the employees. Everybody there is really friendly and cheerful. I definitely recommend this place.

Welcome on arrival with tea and pastries was a personal touch . Staff helpful when asking about local buses. Location on a side street so quiet. Coco mattress was incredibly comfortable

I liked everything.

I liked everything. Nicely styled room. Clean sheets comfortable bed. Plumbing worked well, no smells, plenty of hot water. The breakfast was tasty. Mainly greek food, but thats a positive when im on vacation in Greece. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely make this hotel my first choice if i go back to Thessalonika. Tips. No need to take taxi from airport. Just get bus to town centre, and follow the bus in on google. A stop is about 100m from hotel. I ate at kalouna restaurant nearby both nights. Great! Probably best to eat early ... Its popular. Its a short stroll from waterfront. History fans should check to see if the ww2 fletcher class destroyer museum ship is open

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The hotel and the room are very practical; it has everything you need. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet street, yet close to bars and restaurants. Honestly the hotel is pretty perfect! I would not search any longer and book this hotel. I am certain you will not regret it!

the only problem was the rather poor internet in the room. Down at the wonderful coffee / work space the internet was fine, thou.

The stuff was great, very helpful and gone out of their way to take care of our needs. Room is spacious, shower as we wanted it and the mattresses were great.

What a fantastic place: unique, exceptionally friendly and clean, and a convenient location. My room was airy, had a street view, and a strong air con. The bathroom was comfortable with environmentally-conscious products and very clean. The staff were mindful of all needs, friendly during breakfast, and helpful to book a transfer and a taxi when required. Walking distance to the train station was around 15 minutes and in the opposite direction, around 10-15 minutes to the two main squares. When I required a hairdresser, I was directed to one around the corner who was both talented and not costly. There was choice for breakfast, ranging from several breads, omelette and yoghurt as well as juices.

Great hotel with imaginative decor and wonderful friendly staff, especially Eleftheria. Good breakfast in the best breakfast room ever. The breakfast room doubles as lobby and one can stay there and work in peace. Highly recommended!

Poor soundproofing from the corridor, a la carta breakfast should be replaced with a buffet.
