Positive section of review
A nice, clean and newly renovated basement apartment. Suitable if you need the room for a sleep. It sleeps a family of four easily. It is very close to private parking and walking distance to the port and to Marina Zeas. Key was left in the security box and Giannis checked us in over the phone. Also, he was very helpful at an earlier check-in. Thank you Giannis. We will be using this place again.

The location is very good, not far from the Acropolis. The apartment is very very clean. The apartment is fully equipped with tools, and the landlord also prepared coffee bags. The apartment looks like new renovated. Shopping and eating is convenient.

The room is new and clean! Very cozy, we stayed one week here, and every day there is cleaning service. I love the square outside the hotel, it's full of good energy and calm. Highly recommended!

20 mins walk to Athens centre. Clean and well maintained. Huge balcony. Aircon & heating. Host the best we've ever experienced. Supermarket and metro close by. We would go back any time.

Not much. Perhaps the shower curtain could be replaced with a screen. The area is not gentrified but you are very close to Athens centre which is. These are only very minor points there was nothing really we didn't like.

All good except that roof top party was super loud and it was impossible to talk to people there and it was so crowded that they were not able to move and dance.
