Positive section of review
The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony. There was a choice of eating in the cafeteria (informal), or in the restaurant (a little more formal). The food was delicious, and they managed to cater for our problems with gluten. Parking was easy and free.

Only one thing, really, the position, which is on a commercial park, and a good way from the historic city centre. Oh, and as with most European hotels, there was a fridge in our room, but no kettle.

Hotel was very spacious and with a lot of natural light Breakfast was very good. Big offer of products The check in was fast and simple It served our purpose.

The area of the hotel is near nightlife so , there was a lot of noite at 3, 4 ,5 am and it’s difficult to sleep. The sofa bed is massively uncomfortable. But the bed was more than fine.

Reasonable choice of food items but space in the dining area was limited.

There were no restaurants near to the hotel and the walk to where there were a choice of eating places was a fair distance from the hotel. Pick-ups were not possible from near to the hotel as it was on a busy roundabout and the bus service into town was a walk away across a busy road.

We arrived late in the first night and was allocated to a corner bad room, in which the door frame is broken, the shower head didn't work, one of the light was broken, the street was noisy AND mostly it really smells stinky that we woke up 6 am in the morning... Next day per our request for room change, we'd been relocated to a bigger and cleaner and quieter room. and this is why it is not a 1 point rating. But, still, the worst hotel experience ever!!!

NOT secure at all. Anyone can walk in the front door, and the door to your bedroom doesn’t automatically lock! Meaning if you have roommates who forget to lock the door, ANYONE could just walk into your space. A random man came into my all female room TWICE during my stay. Would not ever come back here.
