It was spotless. Location is amazing.

All units at the resort are equipped with a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a shower. The rooms include a desk. The hotel is nicely situated in the Rhine valley. The prices in the restaurant are reasonable. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to a meeting when I stayed at the hotel. Fortunately ample restaurants are reachable on foot are after a short drive. The staff was very friendly. the breakfast wasn’t extraordinary, but all products were fresh and the coffee was excellent.

Many rooms offer panoramic views of the Matterhorn, and free WiFi is available in the entire property. Excellent hotel. Staff were amazing and attentive. They do everything they can for you. Hotel is immaculate and rooms well appointed. For example, they had me at my train at 05:15 the day of my check out with a breakfast box for my trip. Great blend of authentic alpine and modern hotel. Friendly and easy going. Beautiful spa also

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Zermatt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. The property boasts 3 restaurants and a spa. Fantastic hotel, literally a resort. Staff were very kind and accommodating, and even prepared a to-go breakfast when I was leaving at 6am. Great food, especially the Italian restartant. Recommend that you leave your days free of activities because there are lots to do at the hotel so enjoy it. Looking forward to being back.

La Ginabelle ist just a 5-minute walk from the Zermatt Train Station and a 1-minute walk from the cable cars. It offers culinary specialities, and a large spa area including an outdoor pool with a constant water temperature of 34°C. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. I travelled with my adult daughter and we had a great experience ! I will tell everyone about your amazing resort. The amenities were fantastic and we felt very special staying in the 3rd building. The breakfast was superior ! Our view of the Matterhorn was above expectation. We would stay again for sure, I wouldn't even look anywhere else !
