The property is 10 km from Villach and 12 km from Lake Ossiach. The apartment was excellent. The kitchen and the bath were new and functional. Every detail in the apartment is in its place. The balcony and the view are also great. The swimming pool is clean and the access quite comfortable. Saunas were of high quality and quite spacious. Of course, we were a bit of the season ( March) but I suppose there is enough space for the interested guests. The ski pistes are very close, you put your skies and you are on the slopes! Amazing! The staff (we were welcomed by Joseph, but his colleagues, another gentleman and a lady) were super friendly.

Many hiking and biking trails pass by the hotel, and in winter the hotel is only 130 metres from the lifts to the Bad Kleinkirchheim and St. Oswald Ski Areas. It offers a restaurant and an indoor pool.

Spa facilities include a new outdoor pool, an indoor pool, 3 saunas, a hot tub, and 2 steam baths and a relaxation room. Very nice room with balcony and view. Nice temperature - not too hot and heated floor in bathroom was great. Nice fluffy bathrobe provided for pool, spa etc. Excellent food of a very high standard. Free lunch provided from about 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent gym - top quality equipment. Also pool, hot tub and sauna. Walking distance to two ski lifts or ski bus stops at the door. Ski storage room Hotel also offers the Sunshine card for free activities like snow shoeing and cross country skiing.

Ideally situated. We would go back!
