Very good base for exploring the whole island. 15-20 min drive to Ponta Delgada ( 40 min to anywhere on the island). The hotel is nice, and a good alternative to busy resorts on south side. Breakfast is diverse enough for 7-8 days but it might get boring if you stay longer. Big parking lot, no issues with finding a place. Beach towels which you can “refresh” at any time.

The views are unreal. Rooms are modern and clean, reminds me of a cruise ship room for some reason. A lot of breakfast options. Lovely views either side. Breakfast good with outdoor seating also if not raining or too cold. Easy travel to west side of island with your own car. This is a beautiful island no matter where you stay. This resort featured a spa and indoor pool

They let us check in early. The resort has beutiful facilities and perfect loacation. the rooms are spacious and have a private garden/balcony. There is also a play ground for kids and a tennis court.

The whole resort, inside and out, is truly beautiful and peaceful and relaxing! I loved my room with the huge tub and gorgeous view looking out on the ocean waves crashing in! The staff was so helpful and friendly! I had a wonderful massage that really helped with knots I had in my back from long flights! And the huge feast for breakfast was incredible and so delicious!! Loved walking along the ocean in the morning! I'd recommend this resort to everyone!! It's a gem!!
