This hotel was amazing! Staff were so helpful & polite. Breakfast is great. Cooked breakfast could be kept at a higher temperature, but I can understand the difficulty when catering for a large number of guests. Boardwalk is on your doorstep, and it's literally less than a 10-minute walk to the centre of Alvor.

I loved the rooms. They were extremely spacious. The pool was huge! Although it was very cold water, once you stayed in long enough it wasn't too bad. I loved the food and the night time entertainment. My son loved the magic show. The shuttle to the beach was great.

Very easy. JP met us on arrival , he was really friendly and welcoming and took the time to take us through everything. Great service on all counts. Property is in a great location and everything is really well maintained and standard really high. Walking distance from the sea and some great local restaurants.
