El hotel es muy cómodo, las habitaciones espaciosas. El personal muy amable. Destaco la decoración y diseño interior que en mi opinión dan identidad y hacen sobresalir a este hotel por sobre los típicos hoteles de cadena. Muy agradable la terraza del piso 12.
