I traveled with my husband and toddler daughter and we all thoroughly enjoyed the kiddie park, lazy river, spa and active and fun pool daily. In addition, the staff went above and beyond to exceed my expectations! I was celebrating my birthday and the Guest Services Manager - Mr. Higgins was able to ensure my family and I acquired last minute reservations at the Hibachi restaurant. Breakfast was amazing the Jamaican breakfast A+ the food was great staffs like Admir Dyer Hk , Lindsay from Room service , kamoy from Zen they were perfect. I enjoyed my stayed loved the pool they are beautiful. All guest should keep there band on for notifications that there still legal to be on property. If bands should be remove Caz early check out plz indicate or use a day pass band idk something .
