The hotel boasts a fabulous pool and rooms that are both stylish and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and found it to be a great place to relax and recharge. The restaurant recommended by the host was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a great selection of food and wine. The menu was diverse and catered to all tastes, and the quality of the dishes was exceptional. We especially enjoyed the local wines and the unique twists on classic dishes. The service was attentive and made us feel like VIPs. Overall, we had a great experience at Sonas Boutique Hotel and the restaurant. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay and an exceptional dining experience during their Garden Route trip.

Didi took such excellent care of us during our stay! From greeting us upon arrival to answering all our questions, she was always available if we needed anything. It was a very clean and comfortable place that we would definitely stay at again. We would very much recommend it!

Located 14 km from Oudtshoorn, De Opstal Country Lodge offers accommodation in a restored farm building, originally built in 1860. As soon as you drive into the De Opstal property you sense this is a different kind of place. The owners don’t just DO hospitality as a means to an end; they ARE hospitality embodied. It feels like it’s their life’s mission. De Opstal’s old charm accommodations are surrounded by magnificent flower gardens, fruit trees, and fields that are not over-manicured, rather reflective of the owners’ true love of nature and deep desire to create an environment for their guests that engages all their senses. The only downside was having to leave this slice of paradise.

Fantastic location, and excellent hosts. Room is neat with new towels and clean linen. Staying in this Hotel takes you back to the good old days, with modern luxuries you would expect such as good Wifi and an air-con in some of the rooms. Safe and secure parking behind a locked gate. We stayed over during the Meiringspoort Challenge, and the host arranged for us to keep our bicycles safely locked in the dining room of the Hotel. Breakfast included a race-pack for the mountain bikers, and the next morning we had a delicious breakfast with eggs, bacon, a hash brown and toast, together with a nice cup of coffee.

Schulteheim Hotel is located in the town centre of Uniondale, Opposite the Historical Dutch Reformed Church designed in 1884 by Famous Carl Otto Hager. The hotel isn't much out of ordinary, but the hospitality & helpfulness of manager Regi, made our short stay in Uniondale memorable and pleasant. The breakfast was great as well.
