I liked everything about this hotel. Friendly staff who always help with advice. Very attentive hotel owner who really cares about his guests. The day we checked in it was very cold and they brought us an extra heater. We didn't even ask about it, but we were very impressed with such care for the guests. The rooms are clean, and cleaning is done every day. If I come to Mardin again, the question of where to stay will definitely not arise, of course, in Carra Konagi.

The hotel staff arranged all of the transportation for us: to & from hotel, to Gobeklitepe and Nemrut mountain. Would definitely visit again❤️

Like this place, we got a room that we booked. OK, after little intervention from our side, there were 3 of us and we booked a triple room with separated beds. The guy who works at reception gave us the right room. Breakfast was good and ruch, with typical Turkish food served in a dozen small pots and plates. My best thing about this accommodation was that female orange cat which sneaked into our room twice. I love cats and this was really good for cuddling.

Friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel serves an excellent breakfast. A special thanks to Murad skilled and helpful person.

Ovu čudesnu kamenu vilu krasi tradicionalna arhitektura. Smeštajna jedinica obuhvata terasu sa panoramskim pogledom na Mesopotamiju i Mardin. It was a delicious experience from c-in to c-out. They welcomed very well and guided us for the highlights and whenever we need, they immediately assisted us gladly. Mis Bahar was great receptionist and also same for the bellboy. The breakfast was also great. Thanks for the delightful service :)

Objekat Karga Butik Otel, koji nudi vrt, smešten je u gradu Dijarbakir u regiji Jugoistočna Anatolija, na 19 min. Wonderful newly renovated stone buulding with a cozy courtyard. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Even gave me lunch for free, which I have never experienced before in all my years of travel. The room was very nice and calm. The staff will help you with anything you need at any time of the day. Highly recommend this place. Plenty of TV-channels. Everything in the room feels new. Plenty of hot water at all hours of the day. If I ever come back to Diyarbakir, I know where to stay.

We stayed for three nights in a beautiful suite room at Mirsoum Han and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The employees (Davud & Diyar) always welcomed us with a smile. With their kind, friendly & always solution-oriented attitude they really made us feel very welcome. Smallest suggestions for improvement were implemented literally the next day. Before I move on to the tasteful rooms I have to mention the breakfast. We have been on the road for 2 weeks and the breakfast here has by far been the most amazing! Medina, the lady in the kitchen, went above and beyond to provide us with a different amazing breakfast every morning. She even made special vitamin drinks for me, because she cared for my pregnancy. I would come back here anytime just for the breakfast! The stone rooms with high arched ceilings are as beautiful & spacious as shown on the pictures. We had a fire place (Davud helped us set it up every night), an amazing copper bath tub, multiple cozy sitting areas beautifully decorated and a very big modern bathroom. We loved drinking the nespresso coffee provided and just enjoying the beauty of the room. Also the lighting in the room is very romantic. You can see in every corner of the hotel, that it is an acclaimed architect’s work. Also, the sitting area outside has a beautiful view of Mesopotamia. We would warmly recommend staying in this high quality hotel and love to come back.

Objekat MİRSTONE TARİHİ KONAK, koji se nalazi u gradu Mardin, nudi terasu i bar. A 700-year-old historical mansion. It attracts you with its magnificent architecture. We came with our vehicle. The owners contacted us before arriving, came to greet us, parked our car and helped us carry our luggage. The terraces have magnificent views of Mesopotamia. The staff is very attentive and helps you like a guide. The breakfast is satisfying and diverse... We left satisfied and Mirstone Historical Mansion will be our choice again on our next visit.
