The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities to keep us comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the hotel's location - it was close to Qatar Mall & all the attractions we wanted to visit, making it easy for us to explore the city without spending too much time in transit. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with their family. Everything. The staff was amazing. They have always happy face. Everytime when I entered the hotel their faces goes smile and askin how was your day and I started to describe. They gave so much advice about catar too. thanks the everyone who was made our holiday great.

The five-star Victorian style Al Aziziyah Boutique Hotel By The Torch is situated within an urban country estate within the city. A fantastic stay for a 7-day trip with my family (wife and four children, youngest is aged 2). We chose the hotel primarily due to the location but the real highlight of our stay was the wonderful customer service we received at breakfast. A special mention must go to Rami - he is absolutely fantastic at his job and showed very high standards of professionalism, kindness and communication. We had the pleasure of interacting with him and he consistently went above and beyond with his customer service skills and we miss him! I would also like to extend a special thanks Iman, Rose, Karla, Albin and Abdullah - who were all lovely at breakfast too. The hotel is well kept, rooms are satisfactory, gym was handy and it was very clean. We shall stay again.

The view was exeptional, the whole hotel is full of cool technology.The colour of the lights in the room are changeable.The curtains are remotely controlled.At the top of the torch the 360 IS ACTUALLY MOVInG. The breakfast was served in the Flying Carpet restaurant which was fully decarated with Persian carpets.The delicious buffet was scrumptious.The real highlight was the outside swimming pool that sticks out of the building
