Built in 1725, Pałac Pakoszów Schlosshotel Wernersdorf combines historic architecture of a nobleman palace with modern design. This hotel has an interesting history, it's in a lovely location far away from noise and bustle, the staff are friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and well set up. I booked one to share with a friend, and another friend was in the neighboring room with her son. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Dinner in the hotel's restaurant was delicious and dietary concerns were creatively and politely accommodated; the breakfast buffet was fantastic! Jelenia Gora was an easy 15-minute drive away and we spent a wonderful day there. We definitely plan to come again!

It’s a brand new property so all facilities are very modern. Rooms are incredibly spacious and beds so comfortable- excellent quality. Breakfast buffet with a great variety of options. Staff incredibly pleasant. Please note there is no 24/7 reception and check in has to be completed before 9 pm- we have completely missed this information although it was indeed provided on the booking confirmation email. The team were extremely helpful though and organized for someone to still let us in despite us arriving past 10 pm.

The place is even better than its 10star rating. Enjoy the breakfast and dinner inside the restaurant or on outside terrace with a sunshade or in front of the house with a view of the garden and countryside. The parking is hidden behind the trees. The Villa is set atop a small hill facing northeast so you can let the sun to wake You up, or shut the shades. The Villa second name is tranquillity.

Their staff had also printed instructions in multiple languages so even if you are not strong in Polish you could read all the necessary information on the flyer they hand to you while check-in.
