Set amongst mature trees and surrounded by the Southern Alps, this beautifully restored local landmark has been transformed into a resort with outdoor swimming pool, tennis and petanque courts. It’s an old historic building with beautiful grounds. We loved that the hotel had different areas where you could have a relaxing afternoon drink. It’s centrally located and close to everything. Plenty of parking too if you have a car. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Built in 2015, Amberley Serviced Apartments offer 2-bedroom self-contained apartments in the country town of Amberley, 200 metres walk from a supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was a beautiful setup, and the owner was lovely. Great option and handy location in Amberley.

Located in the heart of Waipara Valley, Waipara River Estate offers luxury vineyard accommodation in a charming renovated 1920s homestead. So picturesque being out in the country. Beautiful vineyard and gardens. The place even has a heated pool. Very quiet and relaxing.

Most accommodation overlooks Chisholm Park with views towards the mountains.... Just amazing room and hotel. Big room, everything was new and modern. Location was great. Set on 26 acres, Amuri Estate Luxury Lodge offers accommodation with free WiFi. There is a guest lounge with a fireplace and a large patio offering stunning mountain and river views. The views were amazing. Hannah the hostess was just lovely. The lodge luxurious but so comfortable and welcoming
