I absolutely love this hotel. I remember seeing this building when I first came to Narvik nearly a year ago. It certainly stands out. I knew I had to stay here and I did for 4 nights. I was on the 4th floor, and it came with a view over the fjord. Nearly all the rooms here have either a view like I had or they have a view at the mountains. My room was comfortable. But I needed a chair that I could get comfortable and read. I used the downstairs area to read or write.

Breidablikk Guesthouse is located in central Narvik, 350 metres from Narvik Storsenter Shopping Centre. It offers rooms with private bathrooms, a flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The view is amazing, you can see the sea, the mountains somehow and you already have a nice view of the city. It was clean and comfy in general. very kind and respectful staff. they even made some sandwiches for us for the morning since we had to leave so early. But if I go to Narvic again indeed will stay here with pleasure.

Though there is a laundromat in Narvik, it is only open on Thursdays, and only for a short number of hours.) The bed was comfortable. (Note that if you are two people needing separate bedrooms, you need to notify the owner about that ahead of time because otherwise you may find the other bedrooms locked.) The shower was good (steady temperature, good pressure, and well-enclosed). There was a bathmat. Parking is free and right in front of the house. The location is quiet. The owner lives close by. It is only about a 20-minute walk to restaurants. As advertised, the view is fantastic, especially the sunsets.
