Located in the middle of the forest and on the shore on the Sunīšu Lake, Laguna House hotel offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. It has been designed by a well known Latvian architect, Janis Vizins. Accomodation at a very competitive price. Located on the ring road around Riga, ideal if you want to avoid the city and traffic. In a small village next to a lake, beautiful location. The price for the night was great value for money, i had lowered by expectations of what i will get for my money, but i was pleasantly surprised at the value. Very clean room, loved the beds (nice hard mattress) nice views. I arrived very late at night and someone met me there to let me in.

Surrounded by pine trees and a big garden, this cosy guesthouse offers a quiet location only a 15-minute drive from the centre of Riga. The staff were very hospitable and the area was amazing! The restaurant bit was very beautiful and music was good! Also they got bunnies!

Picturesque view from all the windows- one side facing the river, the other one- the pond. Russian sauna in its best traditions (the opinion of sauna experts among us) There was also a hot tub, but we will probably try it next time. Cosy house, spacious living room, a lot of art objets- probably the place is famous among artist who arrange en plein air. Our visit fell on the end of November, but surely it will be nice to come in the warner weather to be able to enjoy various water activities the owners can offer. The hostess was very friendly and cordial. To sum up- we had a wonderful time there and we will surely come back 💖

Amazing peaceful place. There was all the necessary equipment. Extraordinary comfort…Shops, restaurants, city centre - everything is a short distance away… we would definitely go here again. And we have new fluffy friend :)
