I stayed with my family, as it was cheap and we were only there for one night. But it was great. Huge room and bathroom, bed was super comfy. I was able to connect my phone to the TV and use free wifi. And had a simple but filling breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. You can notice features of a love hotel, however this shouldn't deter you from booking as everything was clean, discreet and can still be a great stay for a regular group of family or friends.

Terrific hotel just a short, easy walk from Toyama station. The check in process was. The room was clean. The onsen fabulous. Also love the welcome touches such as free ice creams in the afternoon and ramen in the evening. Breakfast had a wide variety. Close to a very cool bar Dobu6 which we’d recommend. Great place to stay.

Kota yang cukup tenang, jauh dari hiruk pikuk seperti di Tokyo ataupun Osaka, cocok sekali bagi traveler yang tidak terlalu menyukai keramaian. Tempat yang wajib dikunjungi Starbucks di Taman Kansui Toyama, gerai kedai kopi international di sini mendapat gelar design terbaik di dunia, cocok sekali untuk menikmati secangkir kopi di sore hari. Saya juga mengunjungi Tebing Kurobe Kyukoku, dengan pemandangan momiji yang indah sekali. Surely will come back again 😊👍🏻

My view was brilliant from my room. Near a bus stop, be careful of the hill leading up though. The onsen was great. The room was big, in which the bed was comfortable, still the Japanese hard bed though. Staff allowed me to leave all of my luggage before I checked in which was great! Staff were really friendly all around the hotel. Dinner was a traditional Japanese dinner, and had a lot of dishes, the same was with breakfast. A razor, hair band, toothbrush ect were available. You are also given a choice of a small, medium or large yukata. I really enjoyed it here. I highly recommend it.

The building is obviously aged, and we were concerned what the room might be like when we first saw the carpets in the corridors (which need an upgrade) but were pleasantly surprised with the room given previous ratings and reviews. The traditional dinner was an amazing experience. Customer service wonderful.
