Nicolo is a very gentle and sport person. He is very enthusiastic at receiving and serving guests. He really love his job. The room is wide, clean and neat. The hotel is not in Montepulciano but the bus stops are really close to the hotel if you couldn't afford a car. Breakfast was over expectations and Nicolo's recommendations to go around the nearby villages, vineyards and thermals were helpful and top of the list.

This hotel is amazing! It has a fantastic view, great food, quality service, big and good rooms. To make it ideal, the only thing missing is a coffee machine in the room. I will definitely come back to stay longer!

I loved everything about this place! It is definitely a typical Tuscany villa - rustic, very cosy, and.. italian! We had a very nice room in the second floor, which was overlooking the dining area and the pool - we truly loved it! The personell was friendly, the breakfast buffet was great (with fresh baked pies! ). There was nothing to ask more.. The restaurant was also great, always full so You should book a table in advance!

Located just outside the ancient walls of the historic center of Siena, this hotel is a 10-minute walk from Piazza del Campo. We really enjoyed our stay here. There is free parking in the frontal street (have patience finding a spot) and you have a pleasant 8min walk to the Center district. There is a beautiful garden at the back of the villa, where you can enjoy breakfast and drinks. Our best impression due, is through the host/staff Paulo. He is such a friendly guy who helped us with guidance and recommendations. We felt like we are in good hands.

Even the reception when leaving gave us water and snacks for the road. What I can say is the level of attention to details from the staff is unmatched. The place is like living a fairytale. Everywhere you go is beautiful.
