My Suite Hotel is located in a panoramic position, near L'Aquila city centre. All rooms are air-conditioned and parking is free. Amazing hospitality, cool design and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast selection. The free bar with esentialls (water, juice, coffe) at each floor was a nice and appreciated touch.

Located in Barisciano in the Abruzzo Region, 16 km from L’Aquila, Convento di San Colombo is set in its garden and it features a children's playground and views of the mountain. Absolutely unique property with a lot of history. Beautiful view from the window. Very quiet place. Good size room. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend this place.

El Sextantio Albergo Diffuso ofereix allotjament únic en el poble medieval i fortificat de Santo Stefano di Sessanio, situat enmig dels turons de l'Abruzzo, a 1250 m sobre el nivell del mar. We had an absolutely fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lobby was beautifully decorated and had a lovely, relaxing vibe. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable - I slept like a baby each night. The bathroom was very original and well-appointed. Overall, I can't say enough good things about our experience. The location was stunning, the amenities were fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. I will definitely be returning the next time I need a rejuvenating "trip into the past" getaway!

Located within 11 km of Rocca Calascio Fortress and 29 km of Campo Imperatore, Hotel Miramonti provides rooms in Castel del Monte. With free WiFi, this 3-star hotel has a restaurant and a bar. All the staff at Hotel Miramonti were amazing (even though there was a language barrier). They all took very good care of us and my elderly parents. They made sure we had seats at dinner (even though we didn’t make reservations) and cooked the most delicious meals!

The hotel was quite nice. It's away from the nite noise of the main part of town but just a short walk. The restaurant was great, though we only got pizza and calzone but every table had something I wanted. That said, the pizza was amazing. You asked about the bed above. I have a bad back so it's hard to tell, but it didn't hurt so that is a plus. I liked the height, seemed a bit lower than average and I kinda liked that.
