Adventure Hotel Hellissandur in Hellissandur features 3-star accommodation with a bar. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. I consider the stay at the hotel to be the most successful. The location of this place is perfect to stay in the middle of exploring the peninsula. Hotel service very nice, especially I must mention Patrick who warmly welcomed us. I really recommend this place. :)

Lovely small hotel in a beautiful location. You can park next to the hotel for free, the breakfast is good and the shower is one of the best we have had here with good pressure.

Both are clean, wide and nice. One room has a wonderful view toward Kirkjufell. There's a very nice restaurant called Bjargarsteinn Mathús by walking distance.

Located in the country side, Hotel Stundarfridur offers accommodation 12 km from Stykkishólmur. This property provides guests with a terrace. There is also a restaurant and a shared lounge. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms inside the main building were large and well appointed. Although dinner and breakfast not included, these were reasonably priced and large, tasty portions. Should be a great location to see the Northern Lights just make sure you book a clear sky with your room ;)

Situated by the sea in the fishing village of Stykkisholmur, Hotel Stykkisholmur offers free Wi-Fi and brightly decorated rooms with a TV. Stykkisholms Golf Club is 100 metres away. We had the family room which was very spacious and comfortable. This property was in a great location
