After a week of being on the road, coming to the Cathedral Apartments felt like coming "home." The apartment was wam, welcoming, and clean. Thoughtful gestures like milk in the fridge and tea bags on the counter were greatly appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for getting out and walking around the next morning. And our host, Geraldine, went above and beyond in answering questions and ensuring our comfort. Highly recommend.

Glebe House er sveitagisting í sögulegri byggingu í Taghshinny, 27 km frá Athlone Institute of Technology. Hún er með garð og garðútsýni. This was a perfect spot to stop, right in the center of the countryside. The location was easy to find. It’s very peaceful, with friendly people and pets (including dogs, cats and horses). The rooms were spacious with en suite, air conditioning and a tv. The breakfast was delicious with more than enough to fill even the hungriest teenage boys. We’ve told all of our friends to stay here on their visit. The local Inn, just a short distance away, has a fantastic pub where we had one of the best dinners of our entire trip. I only wish we hadn’t been just passing-through because the local walks/hikes sounded amazing.

It was cozy and had everything we needed. The setting was perfect....so pretty. A very thoughtful touch that the hostess left us a cake and chocolate which we enjoyed...and also milk, coffee and tea. It was easy to access our key from the lockbox. The hostess has a booklet that was quite useful. It had everything we needed to know about the cottage, garbage, recycling, cabs, close restaurants, etc. It was the perfect guideline and we used it a lot.

We recently stayed at a delightful cottage that truly had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The cottage was well-equipped, clean, and provided all the comforts of home. One of the standout features was the wonderful outdoor space, which was perfect for our two toddlers. They could play safely and freely, giving us peace of mind and allowing everyone to enjoy the surroundings. Sean, the host, and his son were exceptional. He was friendly, accommodating, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. From providing helpful local tips to ensuring we had everything we needed, Sean's hospitality was top-notch. Overall, this cottage was an ideal retreat for our family. The combination of a well-appointed interior, safe and fun outdoor space for our little ones, and an excellent host made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this cottage and look forward to visiting again.
