Located 2 km from Fira, Nautilus Dome Suites is built on the side of the caldera and features a pool surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and umbrellas. The staff were really nice and kind. They provided free shuffle service to the center of Fira and daily room cleaning service. The most impressive thing is breakfast service. They delivered it to the room as I wanted.

Hotel Akrotiri is enjoying a prime waterfront location in Akrotiri beach, near Santorini’s famous Red Beach and the archaeological site. Loved the balcony overlooking the sea. It had a breeze, and was shady in the afternoon. There were lots of open stairs which connected the floors going up the Cliffside. There were larger sitting areas with big lounge chairs on 2 levels which all could use. Under trees looking over the sea. Fabulous breakfast which you choose the night before! Loved it. Close to the Akrotiri Archeological Museum and site. Could walk to Red beach, and 5 or 6 taverns right on the water, only a block away. Great food. From the wharf you could do a boat trip which drops you to the Black and White beaches. They cone by every 1/2 hour so you can stay as long as you like and go to another spot. We loved it. We walked into the village in the late afternoon... about 20 minutes. Then we strolled the streets looking for the sunset, Great place. Loved it.

We were lucky to be upgraded, and very much appreciated it, however I would still rate this a 10/10 regardless. I would particularly like to mention the Restaurant/Bar Manager - she was friendly and very efficient, however what we really noticed was that she managed her staff really well - teaching the younger waiters with details/information and kindness whilst remaining their manager. We also would like to mention Nino (on evening reception) - he was so friendly, efficient, and helpful
