This was the third time we stayed here and were very happy to see that the standard is still high and the welcome genuine and friendly. It is our first choice for a stop-over when travelling from Athens to the north or vice-versa. Thank you Nikolaos and we hope to see you again.

The family-run Alexakis Hotel & Spa is located near the thermal springs of Ipati. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and balcony overlooking the garden and Mount Iti. Everything! It was a perfect stopover between our road trip back to Athens. The staff and family were so helpful. We also had an amazing spa experience with a lil bottle of rosé. The breakfast was yummy and the rooms were clean and the bed super comfy. I don't think they've missed anything you could possibly require for the price you pay.

Friendly staff and beautiful property. Good value and even for an exceptionally hot day, the AC worked and the room was cooler than expected. We had to leave before breakfast and they prepared food for us to take with us.

Location is little different than it says on booking, 100m closer to the sea. Owner immediately came to guide us himself to the hotel when we called him. Everybody in the hotel was very kind, although we had some problems with communication. We had beautiful view from the balcony and rooms were very clean.
