A couple of minutes from the loft, there is a beautiful, almost deserted beach and a bar with incredible sunsets. And there is an incredible staff here who is ready to help with any little thing. Very tasty and fresh dishes are prepared by their chefs.

The best bed, bathroom and sitting area I experienced during my month in West Africa. And each morning, sitting outside my room to watch the birds was the perfect start. Followed by a delicious breakfast and off into town or to the beach. Do yourself a favor and eat your way through all their dinner options. Because, again, this food is as good as five-star restaurants but served in a quiet, serene setting. I only stayed one week, but I will be back soon. If you haven't booked your trip to The Gambia and your stay at this lodge, do it right now. I have stayed all over the world and this has been one of the top experiences in lodging ever. The hosts will go beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Fantastic hospitality combined with great food and a perfect location!
