Everything was fabulous, one of the best places I stayed at. Staff is extremely helpful and kind, they never bother you when not needed, but they are always present looking for whatever you wish for. Breakfast is beyond all expectations. Fine dining dinner experience, wide selection of wines and of course an enormous variety of great whiskies.

The hotel has recently been refreshed both inside and out. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and efficient. The room was well turned out and had a large bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower. The restaurant provided excellent food both in the evening and a super cooked breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel on about 5 occasions. The location of the hotel is very good with fabulous views across the Moray Firth. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and have tea and coffee making facilities. On this occasion, I didn't have the evening meal, but the breakfast is very good and suits me very much with what i like to eat on a morning. This hotel is extremely good and is well placed near the golf course in Lossiemouth.

My wife and I certainly enjoyed our stay and especially in room 8. This room overlooked the golf course and the Moray Firth . The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is beautiful from the outside and inside. The staff , especially Sara at the reception,were very warm and welcoming . Marlene, the hostess in the restaurant was so kind and went out of her way to provide me with vegan alternatives. The chef prepared me a delicious hot vegan dish for breakfast each morning. After a long day of cycling, it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the spa facilities, especially the Finnish sauna and jacuzzi! The hotel was very well located for reaching the restaurants and bike rental and our room had a gorgeous view of the river and Inverness Castle. The water pressure in the shower was also amazing! Loved our stay here!
