The hotel is an easy 15-20 minute walk from the centre of town and on the doorstep of the incredible Tarn gorge. Stephanie and her colleague went out of their way to make our stay special - especially when trying to find an open restaurant on a Monday night.

Accoglienza molto famigliare, parlano inglese. Il giardino Zen molto rilassante, mia moglie ha fatto un’ora di yoga li ed è stato bellissimo. Io nel frattempo mi sono fatto un bagno turco nella piccola spa accanto alla piscina. Ambiente veramente elegante, un vero castello, ma non troppo formale. Cena molto buona e economica rispetto alla cucina e al posto. Buona anche la colazione, con ampia varietà di dolce e salato.

This place is wonderful, just what we we had looked for: authentic hotel, family managed and a very delicious kitchen. Pool area is super relaxing and we could even go for a swim mid April. Definitely want to come back to this beautiful place.
