They went above and beyond what was expected. The facilities were amazing and we really felt like we were pampered and well taken care of. The massage and the facial were tops. The sauna was perfect with its own shower. The room was very well fitted with separate shower, bath, and WC. The bed was luxurious and the balcony had a great view. We will make every effort to come back.

Family-run since 1893 for 4 generations and completely rebuilt in 2015 and 2016, Hotel Alte Post Bonaduz can be found in the centre of Bonaduz, at the entrance to the famous Ruinaulta Gorge. I made the right choice. This is a very high quality and excellent hotel. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It has the quality design you will find in 5-star hotels. It is a great option to stay here, just 15 minutes away from Chur. I will stay at this hotel every time I come here and I definitely recommend it.

Staff is friendly, but I only saw 1 lady during breakfast. Shower water pressure and temperature are good. The bed and chairs are comfortable. A fan is provided to deal with the summer heat. Plenty of parking near the hotel. I'm not a fan of the self-check-in, but it worked well. The view of the Rhine valley from the room and balcony is gorgeous.

Room we got is very spacious, bright and comfortable, like a studio. Hotel is close to everything. People are very nice. We got lake view room. It's partially blocked by a parking lot though. I think the view with hills are very beautiful too. I agree with other reviews that this is a good hotel to stay, location is very good.

Close to the train station (Bregenz Hafen), exceptionally clean and tidy. Friendly staff, and a creative breakfast buffet. Safe and comfy, great value in a popular spot. Just perfect!

Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. They upgraded us as it was my birthday! Our room was modern, very comfortable and reasonably sized. The castle part of the hotel is very traditional and beautiful. Set in picturesque gardens, a short walk away from the golf course and thermal baths. Attentive staff in the restaurant. Good selection of fresh food (lots of different bread choices, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, eggs etc.) for breakfast.
