Most professional, helpful and courteous. Particularly front desk staff Yves. Also, Tinah and Sarah in the Front Office who helped organised our trip to the volcano. And all other front desk and housekeeping staff we encountered always helpful and very professional. The hotel is nicely located and the facilities, pool, spa , gym, breakfast are very nice. But the most valuable asset is its staff.

Fantastic budget accommodation. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t have done more for us to ensure we had a good stay. The hotel is half an hour away from the Uwinka visitor centre where you start the chimpanzee trekking and can also do the canopy walk. The food was fantastic, the rooms were clean. The staff even took our boots away and washed them for us after our trek. Really fantastic place to stay, I would highly recommend.
