De and wellness center with a lot of upjacuzzis, swimming pools, saunas and steam baths. The inside pool it enormous and very pleasant. At night they put an ambient light so relaxing. The forest jacuzzis are awesome. Everything is so clean. The room is very comfy, and well decorated. Also very clean. The breakfast has an enormous variety of food, and so tasty. The dinner is refined and tasty. The staff are very polite.

Located on a picturesque hill in the Chepino neighbourhood in Velingrad, this hotel offers its guests an impressive view of both the city and the beautiful pine forest around. I like almost everything. The Spa is the reason we went there. Hot 🔥 mineral 💧 water. The Spa facilities are very good. They have few inside pools and some outside. It was Winter with cold 🥶 weather but still one of the mini pool with jacuzzi was working 💪 with fresh hot mineral water. It was amazing experience really. Staff was 👍 OK. Reception man was very polite.

The room was not so large but very modern and well-organized. Everything was neat, cozy, and professional, from excellent water pressure in the shower to kettle and tea. Electric chimney adds to the atmosphere :) The hosts were amazing as well.

It is very close to some amazing hiking trails and only about a 10 min drive from Borino (supermarket etc). We could not have felt more welcome. We had breakfast (included) and dinner (extra) cooked freshly for us in the kitchen and they were delicious. This is a fantastic hotel!!

I'm returning for the second time, and this says enough about my opinion of the hotel. You get plenty for what you pay, and the SPA facilities are very good. When you combine this with the comfortable stay and the clean air from the mountain, you get everything that you could want from a place like this.
